Half elf, half dragon, I would think. Also known as a Drelf.
That would be interesting to say the least. Due to their destructive natures and assuming they exist in this universe I’m sure dragons aren’t very popular with citizens of the Heart of the World. It would give Isher good reason to want to keep it a secret. But then the question of how conception went and if that’s even possible comes to mind. Maybe dragonfolk, idk.

My guess is Isher is half human and half land dragon.
Not sure why, just what I think.
I hope someday we do learn what, exactly, Isher is- We assume half-breed, but it could easily also be she’s a species that has a name starting with ‘h-a’. Eleven years later, the mystery still gets the old brain buzzing! There is a couple later on in the story I won’t spoil on this page that had me curious if Isher is a result of a similar pairing, but there’s enough wholly different anatomy she shows that wouldn’t entirely make sense- so probably it’s not that, but man does it get the old theorizing juices going!
