I want to be zhere when she convinces Kalgkur to hold still while she uses tools on his head. Like a dentist, but Kalgkur can see what Nell will be using, Knife, File, or Saw. I have a feeling we might see how fast a Baxxid can move in a sprint.

I think she’s just going to cap it with the round blue and yellow thing on her table.
I think it would be easier to attach de white plate to Kalgkur’s head after grinding down de injury, and leave Kalgkur wizh a dangly artistic bit on his head. However, it probably will be something we have not yet seen, made to fit, and Kalgkur is too tall already, to put something to make him taller yet.
Attachment, will be key zhough. Sort of depends on how solid de remaing spike is, if it doesn’t get ground flat, and a plate wizh a spikey zhing is attached more broadly to Kalgkur’s head, which depending on the hardness of de metal would be de more durable and attractive answer, zhough it remains to be seen how much a Baxxid needs zheir skull to be exposed to air to avoid infection and such.
My first thought is for it to be a cap that goes over the remaining stump—which wold probably be smoothed out on top—and then riveted in from the sides. Maybe some sort of adhesive or resin as well to ensure a secure fit and good seal to prevent water from getting inside and corroding the interior.

He’s going to do the baxxid version of the yinglet “just realized something incomprehensible” stare, when he sees that she’s imagined his completeness of form back into existence.
That textless pattern version feels somehow even more heartwarming.
I wonder what material she’s planning to use. Presumably it’s got to be something with some hardness, to handle ceiling collisions and such, so not gold or silver. Bronze, maybe?
I like how her immediate thought is exactly what the audience was thinking in the comments (keeping in mind these are written somewhat in advance). It shows the author is on our wavelength.
I wonder if her doing this is going to lead to some new development in Baxxid fashion, where they get ornamentation made for their exo-skull or whatever we’re calling that thing.
Also, is anyone going to comment on the fact that, now that we’re seeing it more clearly, Valsalia most definitely slipped in a ying-nis sculpture? Like, it’s too obvious that’s what it is. She was definitely watching two yinglets humoing and thinking, “oh, that looks interesting, I’ll make a sculpture!” and made this thing. And Valsalia drew it, leaving us to wonder if it’s just the artist making a joke, or whether it was a deliberate act by the character to put something so phallic in front of a prospective lover…

I mean I’m not arguing with that assessment of me, I’m just saying, I’m not the one who made the sculpture, I’m not the one who drew it into the comic, you don’t have any context here to say anything about me.
That said I will definitely be looking into this game, because it sounds exactly like the kind of thing that I want to play.

Probably, zhough could end up wizh somezhing unique to Baxxids, and wizh de number of humanophile Baxxids, zhere could be a large jealousy factor.
This probably all ends in the first Baxxid religion: The Order of Saint Nell, Weaver of Forms, Forgiver of Transgressions, Carver of Dicks.
There’s a small layering error in panel 3: the hanging blue ellipsoid is behind Nell’s hat, but the yellow-blue crescent it hangs from is in front of Nell’s hat.
